Our Refund Policy

Thank you for making a purchase from us at Achology. Please read this refund policy carefully. It contains important details about your purchase from us.

Unconditional 14-day guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all course and course package products. If you aren’t satisfied, simply contact us and we will refund your money. There’s no need to explain, and we won’t argue with you about it. However, we might ask for your feedback so we can understand what went wrong.

Note: the 14-day guarantee does not apply to community subscription purchases. No refunds are given for community subscriptions.

Refunds are issued using the same method you used for payment.

We will process all refunds as quickly as possible. Please allow five business days for the refund to arrive in your account before following up with us.

Other situations where you get a full refund:

You can end the contract and get a full refund if:

  • there is an error in the price or description of the product you ordered; or
  • we suspend access to the products for technical reasons for 7 days or more.

Situations where you won’t get a refund:

You will not get a refund if:

  • 14 days have passed since your purchase
  • We cancel your contract because you breached our terms and conditions. We may then withhold the fees you paid as liquidated damages for the breach of contract. In that case, you would not receive any refund.
