The full answer
Finding your course materials should take seconds, not a support ticket. Here’s where everything lives and how to access it — plus what to do if something isn’t appearing as expected.
Your course dashboard
Your course dashboard is the central hub for all your purchased Achology courses. Log into your account at achology.com and look for your course dashboard, enrolled courses, or “My Courses” section. You’ll see every course you’ve purchased listed there, regardless of whether you’ve started it yet.
Click on any course title to open it. Each course breaks down into modules, and each module contains individual lessons. Lessons may include video content, written material, PDF resources, reflection exercises, or a combination of these. The structure guides you through the material in a logical sequence, though you can navigate freely between modules if you prefer to revisit earlier content or skip ahead.
Video content
Video lessons stream directly within the Achology platform. Click play, and the video loads in your browser — no additional software or media players needed.
Videos cannot be downloaded. This is a deliberate intellectual property protection measure, not a technical oversight. The content remains accessible through your account permanently (lifetime access applies to all purchased courses), so you can rewatch any lesson as many times as you like. You simply need an internet connection to do it.
If videos won’t play, try these steps in order: update your browser to the latest version, disable browser extensions (particularly ad blockers, which sometimes interfere with video players), try a different browser entirely, check your internet connection speed, and test on a different device. If none of these resolve the issue, contact Achology support.
Downloadable materials
PDFs, worksheets, and written resources within your courses can be downloaded and saved locally. Look for download links or icons beside these resources within each lesson. Save them to your device for offline reference — they’re yours to keep regardless of your membership status.
Building a personal library of downloaded materials is worth doing as you progress. When your studies move to practical application, having key frameworks and worksheets accessible offline — on your phone, tablet, or printed out — makes real-world practice smoother.
Course updates
When Achology updates a course you’ve purchased, the new content appears automatically in your account. You don’t need to repurchase or request access to updated versions. The platform notifies you when significant updates land, so you’ll know when new material is available for a course you’ve already studied.
This means revisiting a course months or years after completion can reveal genuinely new content — not just a refresher of what you’ve already covered.
The community complements your course
Your course dashboard handles the structured learning content. The Achology community on Circle handles the practice, discussion, and social learning that bring that content to life. Course-specific discussion spaces inside Circle let you talk through concepts with fellow learners, ask questions about material you’re working through, and share reflections on how you’re applying what you’ve studied.
VALTS sessions often focus on specific course methodologies. PALS practice sessions give you structured opportunities to rehearse skills from your courses with real people. The two platforms — your course dashboard and the community — work together as a complete learning ecosystem.
Troubleshooting access issues
“I can’t see my course.” Confirm you’re logged in with the same email address you used to purchase the course. Some members register separate accounts accidentally — try alternative email addresses if your course isn’t showing.
“A module or lesson is missing.” Clear your browser cache and reload the page. If the issue persists, contact Achology support with the course name and the specific module or lesson you can’t access.
“I bought a bundle but only some courses appear.” Bundles like the Access All Areas Pass include all courses, but they may take a short time to fully populate in your account. If courses are still missing after 24 hours, contact support.
“I can’t find my receipts.” Purchase receipts and invoices live in your account billing section, not inside individual courses. Check your billing settings or your email inbox for Stripe receipts.
Next step
Log into achology.com now, open your course dashboard, and pick up where you left off. If you haven’t started your first course yet, open it today and work through the first module — then head to the community to discuss what you’ve learned.
